A home for legitimate work

Community Rules

The rule underneath all the others is simple: do not use EverScan to exploit someone else’s work, identity, privacy, or safety.

Effective July 27, 2026

Share only what you may share

No pirated music, leaked recordings, stolen artwork, impersonation, or private material posted without consent.

Keep people safe

No credible threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, malware, phishing, or links designed to deceive listeners.

Do not abuse the service

No automated bulk uploads, evasion of storage or rate limits, artificial analytics, QR codes that misrepresent their destination, or repeated creation of accounts to bypass enforcement.

Context matters

Music and art can address difficult subjects. We distinguish creative expression from material that directly exploits, threatens, deceives, or unlawfully targets people. Reports are reviewed in context.

Possible actions

EverScan may dismiss an unsupported report, request more information, limit distribution, disable a download, remove a page, or restrict an account. Serious or repeated violations receive stronger action.
