Terms of Service

EverScan exists to give legitimate creative work a dependable home. These terms explain the few rules needed to keep that promise honest.

Effective July 27, 2026

1. Your account and uploads

You must sign in to upload. You are responsible for activity connected to your account and for keeping your account access secure. Free accounts currently include up to three permanent song pages, with files up to the limits shown during upload.

2. You keep your rights

You retain ownership of your audio, artwork, descriptions, and other material. You give EverScan a limited, worldwide license to store, process, display, and stream that material only as needed to operate the service and the sharing features you select.

3. Permission is required

You may upload only material you created, own, or are authorized to distribute. Do not upload pirated music, private recordings shared without consent, malware, deceptive content, or anything unlawful.

4. The permanent-page promise

EverScan does not intentionally expire legitimate static QR links or charge listeners to open them. A page may become unavailable if its creator deletes it, the account or content violates these rules, a valid legal request requires removal, or continued operation becomes technically or legally impossible.

5. Service changes

We may adjust storage limits, security controls, and optional paid features. We will not quietly convert a legitimate free listening page into an expiring trial. Material changes will be explained clearly.

6. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep EverScan reliable, but no online service can promise uninterrupted availability or the permanent preservation of the only copy of a file. Creators should keep their own original backups. EverScan is provided without guarantees beyond those required by law.

7. Enforcement

We may limit uploads, suspend access, or remove content when necessary to protect listeners, creators, the service, or third-party rights. We aim to use the least severe action that reasonably solves the problem.
