EverScan collects what it needs to host songs, protect accounts, and show creators useful totals. It is not built to profile individual listeners.
Effective July 27, 2026
What we collect
For creators, we receive the account identity supplied through Sign in with ChatGPT, uploaded files, page information, and account actions. For listeners, we record aggregate page visits and play starts. Security systems may temporarily process technical information such as IP addresses, request timing, and browser details to prevent abuse.
What we do not build
EverScan does not sell personal information. It does not show creators the names, email addresses, exact locations, or listening histories of individual visitors. Current analytics are aggregate totals.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver public listening pages, connect uploads to their creators, calculate dashboard totals, process reports, enforce limits, investigate misuse, and maintain the service.
Storage and deletion
Audio and artwork remain stored while their pages remain active. Dashboard records and reports are stored as needed to run and protect the service. Creators can permanently delete a song from the dashboard. Some limited security or legal records may be retained when required.
Sharing
Information may be processed by the infrastructure providers required to operate EverScan or disclosed when legally required. Public page content is visible to anyone with its link.
Your choices
Creators can edit or delete their song pages and control whether original audio downloads are offered. Anyone may report a page. Questions or account-data requests can be submitted through the reporting form by choosing “Privacy or personal information.”
